Forgotten items, infollowed instructions, long delivery time although I live 1.5 km away.
Again, that's 1.5 km from the restautant and I often get 30 min, luke warm food delivered. The drivers stop on their way back form another delivery (you know we can follow the drivers location, right?)
So I get 50 min order times, 10 min shy of getting it free cold food. And I still "get" to pay for it. Yay...
