Shown as open. The “open” sign is on. We see employees and knock on the door. They look at us and ignore us.
A minimum would have been to open up and say sorry we are closed, we forgot to turn off the sign and the poster does not indicate the correct closing time.

As a subway manager myself, I’m always weary of ordering from different subways than my own. I ordered from here on Uber eats, and thankfully only 1/2 had issues. At subway, Uber, skip and DoorDash orders along with subway app print out of the cash with detailed receipts showing exactly how many vegetables to put per item. I ordered a veggie salad, which usually comes with the vegetables of a 12 inch, but arrived with 3 cucumbers, as well as 3 for the rest of the veggies, therefore the serving size of a 6 inch. I also ordered an extra rice to be added to my salad as they took off the veggie rice bowl and this way I would get the veggies of a 12 inch and not a 6 inch, but I didn’t even get the rice! Not sure if it was a lack of prep, or laziness of the employees as I myself have had issues with my employees but you need to prepare yourself for incoming orders by taking items out earlier in the day or even the day before to defrost, and if employees was the issue, you should focus more on their training! End of story, my boyfriend’s order was perfect, he enjoyed it.
Vegetarian options: Veggie salads as well as the classic veggie sub or the new menu items; mozzarella spiced and giant veggie (a must try)

Thanks to Felix who served us last night (we were a big gang and he was alone) efficiently and with a smile despite the oppressive heat in the restaurant! Repairing the air conditioning doesn't make sense for your employees!!

I have been going to this Subway for several years and have always loved the atmosphere and their service has always been very good.

Bravo to the employee who plays with money and makes sandwiches with the same gloves.
Deplorable! Seriously talk to your daughter who is closed on Sunday! It's horrible!! Either she's talking on the phone while ordering or she's schizophrenic. In both cases... It's pretty ordinary.On top of 3 ingredients, she managed to forget 1. I ordered a BLT and there must have been at least 40 slices of bacon... Too much is like not enough!

We ordered on Uber Eats this evening at 4:00 p.m. We received the wrong order. We recommend, the first 2 drivers disappear, no news of my order. When we got to the third driver, they called us to say that the lady refused to give him our order. We try to call the restaurant. The line is unavailable, the lady picked up the phone from the wall. On the 4th driver the command is canceled. So after 2 hours I still haven't received my meal. What a waste of time.

The lady who often works in the afternoon during the week is really not in a condition to work with customers.. she doesn't listen to what you tell her, constantly looks outside while doing the submarines... she stops doing my sandwich to go kiss your boyfriend who enters the restaurant?! She doesn't seem to be in a normal state so see what I'm saying.. I leave and still say thank you have a good day and no response from her she's still looking outside with her glassy eyes.. one of the worst customer service experiences that I lived.

In 10 years of working in customer service, I have never had such a terrible experience, on both sides of the counter. I felt like I was arriving at a crumbling convenience store in the middle of the ghetto.The lady (around 30-35 years old) who worked Saturday October 21 around 4 p.m. (she told me she had finished her shift) is the most unpleasant person I have met in my entire life. She seemed stupid, ignored practically everything I said or asked her, cursed all the time while looking outside, cut me off when I told her what I wanted as if I was the idiot when She was the one who made mistakes, and I could go on and on about them until tomorrow morning.At one point I ask her if she's okay because she looked like she was going to cry because she had portioned my 12 inch wrong and was having trouble closing it and she stares at me ( looking as stupid as an animal). So, I explain to her that I find her behavior and the atmosphere a little strange (smiling and trying to pass it off as a slight joke) and she replies: "You talk to me as if you've known me since 10 years!" whereas it was me who addressed her from the start and she who spoke to me informally from the start.My dear, if things aren't going well in your life, it's up to you to change that. And if things aren't going well at work, you can leave. Unless you are so stupid and incompetent that this is the only place that deigned to accept your application... And this is addressed to management: You have made a serious mistake.Again, I've been in customer service for over 10 years and have NEVER seen this. I have worked in grocery stores, restaurants, lumberyards, hardware stores, warehouses, pharmacies and NEVER have I seen an employee act or treat a customer in such a way. Even the teenagers, who I had to train and work with, are a thousand times less stupid and disrespectful and God knows they generally all don't care about their part-time jobs in the evenings and weekends.I am a rather impatient person in everyday life but with customer service employees, I am always patient, cordial and cheerful because I have also been in their shoes and I know how much the Customers can sometimes be gratuitously mean, for no reason. I accept and therefore frequently tolerate ordering errors and poor service but she managed to give me the taste, for the first time in my life, of treating her as my colleagues and I have already been treated in the pass. And for me it's serious, because I never saw myself becoming that kind of person one day.I felt like abandoning my order in the middle of creating it and honestly, I should have, given the other reviews regarding this employee and her poor health practices. I am now afraid that I have been poisoned because I have a strange feeling in my stomach after eating. I just hope I don't get sick tonight or tomorrow because of her.This woman single-handedly convinced me to never go to any Subway restaurant again in my entire life, or even any other restaurant. It was truly the worst experience of my entire life. Whoever hired her needs to have a really good talk with her to get her to straighten out her attitude, otherwise all the people who will have the misfortune of meeting her will never go to this restaurant again.
