Very good, fresh, generous and at a good price for sushi!

I was scared reading some of the reviews and I'm really not disappointed that I ordered anyway. The photo does not represent my entire order, as this is what sushi I have left. I ate before making my comment ☺️ Sushi Sama in Greenfield Park is one of the best addresses in the chain in my opinion.

I ordered 44pcs combo and all i see is cucumber
I can see that they are cutting the cost at maximum. They were good before but now i start to think i can make better than this crap

Completely poor service. We place an order online for an hour and a half preparation, only to show up and be told that the order will be ready in another 30 minutes. 30 minutes later when I showed up I was told another 40 minutes. After almost 3 hours, I ended up at McDonald's.

Avoid at any cost! Sushis are simply horrible. There are SO many better options.

Too bad to pay for two soups without receiving them… No refund. They don’t understand anything on the phone; we explain to them what we want… and nothing. On Uber, they charged my account additionally. The sushi was average, a bit like Maxi's. Sad, but their excuse is that they are busy and they offered to come by the next day for my soup 😂😂😂😂! Abuse! There wasn't the number of sushi indicated either 🤣 Well, a little diet for me sounds good. RIP too bad zero stars don't exist.

OMG. Never seen such a bad service. Ordered severeal different negeris. Got it changed for salmon and tuna only withiout notice. Sawp soft shell crab for simili crab. Wost sushi ever! No notice paid full price...

We came in on a Monday night to get Sushie around 6:00 pm we waited for 30min to be served there was already two clients that took there order sitting down. When they finally took our order of two orders of chef choice 22 piece of Sushi. I got my plate and my friend waited 20min and we finally got up and ask where her order was it was sitting behind on the counter for 15min because they never told us it was ready… the Sushie was cheap, they put lettuce in all the pieces including the fake crab in everything there was even the fake crab on the nigiri Sushi, unbelievable. And the Sushie was horrible rolled it was all falling apart in our chop sticks. I go to the one in Delson so often and never experience this much disappointment in my life. I work in a kitchen and I know the difference between good food and garbage. In the end highly don’t recommend it go to any other sushi Sama in the area forget this place horrible service and just plain disgusting

Got so disappointed with an order of almost $300 on a very special occasion.
Food was very cold, rice was dry and tasted like leftovers. They used some of old salmon that tasted and smelled so fishy . Some of the rolls were replaces with items we did not order, specially that fried sushi that we never order.
The sushi pizza is one of our favourite but they mixed old Salmon that tasted rotten, we never had any piece to be leftover but this time we had more than third of the order.
Sorry to share this but it happened that my favourite place of sushi was closed on that day ( which is Sushi Sama the Brossard branch) so unfortunately I had to order from here.

I chose 5 different kinds and all spicy ones. Raw salmon eel cooked salmon. What a disappointment they all tasted the same. The rice was barely cooked, neither salty nor vinegary...very bland, a pittance. Usually between 3 we devour it in a few minutes. There is half of the order left.
