The man on the cashier is Very rude and disrespectful!! learn how to be nice with people!!

Sunday night around 9:30 pm i went to the restaurant to pickup my doordash order
I went directly to the cashier to ask him about my order he shout at me and told me you have to stand beside
I ask him to talk nicely with me
But this man with his team they were talking and insulting me very bad
And they was laughing at my face .... i always eat from Thai but now i should stop they way they treat people is not nice ..
i ask his name also he ignore to tell me

Food didn't taste good at all
No one was at the cashier or anywhere to take the order! I had to call out few times till the employee came!

I went there to pick up my order and the lady was very rude and impolite.

ZERO STARS!! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! I ordered a spicy ton yum soup with coconut milk ( I payed the additional charge) the older woman working there is NASTY !! She made me pay TWICE for more coconut milk because initially she gave me a teaspoon of milk and I ordered spicy pad Thai. She refused to give me the lime and peanuts for the pad Thai. The soup was THE WORST Tom Yum I have ever tasted and I threw it in the garbage. It was basically water broth . She also touched the tofu for both meals with her dirty hands that she did not wash after handling money . What a disgusting place with disgusting people working there no wonder it was EMPTY NO CLIENTS !!!!!!

Obligatory stop for dinner. Very disappointed with the experience. The dishes mainly consist of rice noodles. Very little protein and vegetables. They would benefit from improving the quality and presentation. Last time for me.

We wanted to try the new Thai poutine, the guy prepared me a bowl of noodles and told me that that was their poutine, to the point where I said to myself, it's a fake ad! And not to mention the price they charged me!

The guy at the counter was rude and bitter. Very very poor customer service, we are disappointed. My husband asked for a small cup of peanuts and the guy told him “why are you asking” not at all smiling or welcoming, in short bad experience we won’t be coming back that’s for sure!

The guy is rude, i asked for a little cup of peanuts he told me why are you asking. Change job man.

Very rude staff. The man who took my order gave nasty looks, as if I had ruined his day by placing an order! This is not at all welcoming to customers, it’s repulsing.The soup I was served was extremely salty. When I wanted to return it, explaining its inedible, I was told that’s my tastebuds and my problem. Never coming back.

We ordered a soup and went back to work to eat it and when we tasted it it was extremely salty and the chicken in it was rubbery and disgusting. When we tasted it we immediately came back to tell the guy working there. His service really was not good and he just told us that’s your taste everybody else likes the soup too bad for you and he can’t do anything. I don’t know what the guys name is but I often go to Thai Express and his service is never good he is always rude to me and this time it was too much. And this was my last time going there.

Real crossers, my 2 children went to buy two soups which should have cost $16.75 each including tax and they charged $21.00 and did not hand over the bill. ?
