I did a online order today(october 12th 2025) and not only were the employees unsure of what order was what, they also gave me the wrong order of wraps and drink after i showed them the order on my phone. At least they got the cookie right

Large tea was not large, carnivore wrap was very skinny and mostly potato patties, toilets are so tiny that you have to straddle the bowl to be able to close the door, other potty was full of poop. The good: friendly service!

Today about 16H 28 septembre sunday i ordered two coffee he made me three coffee when i scaned my tim card i had one coffee free but he said 11$ something like that i told the long guy that i had one coffee free . He wanted to add the many of coffee on his tips. Then i said i ordered two coffee even i called police. Because of his stupid attitude he didnt want to give back my money The police went And he was playing on screen even he didnt give us the money of my coffee then. I become sad abd i lift the place I was client of 2019 there was a very good group before but now sadly i cant go back to this timhortons I will recommend my family and friends that never go there Thanks

Before this timhortons had alots of client even some times i used to set outside on the chairs now because of this group every one are going to leave this beautiful place.

The service here is excellent and always quick. Even when they don’t have exactly what I want, I get great suggestions for other products I had never tried before—and now love. I usually stop by around 9 p.m., and it’s always the same friendly person at the counter. They strike the perfect balance between being courteous and having a good sense of humor. Thank you for the outstanding service—I truly recommend this Tim’s. It just goes to show how one great employee can make all the difference in a restaurant. Thank you mister Sassy

We were ther july 30 at 12.35am to get some coffee at this location foundout tht u open 24hrs we stood at drive through sign for 5 minutes nobody answered thn we drove to window we nock after 2 minutes one girl came we try to gave her order she said I dont speak english ,thn she said m short on stock we try to her simple order she never ask what u need finally she took order n closed window left whn she brought our order hand us thn said thts it ..tht unacceptable service the rude behavior this girl had n attitude she could speak English but she pretended not,,she ws never happy to b ther so u guys better teach her propertly cust service..or send her home .we have family business owner our self n really know how thts works just visiting montreal most of timhortons here r messed up

I ordered 50 Timbits through Uber Eats, but there wasn’t a single chocolate glazed Timbit in the box. Does this location not carry chocolate glazed Timbits? Otherwise, I can’t understand how there wouldn’t be even one included.
When someone orders 50, it would be nice to have a good mix of different flavors. A bit disappointed this time.
