having a sore throat, they refused to serve me because my voice couldn't be heard well even though I had to wait in the drive-thru. really disappointing I will go to McDonald's in the future.... thank you for changing tim!!

I made the order on tim hortons application and was waiting for my order for around 40 minutes and i didn’t got it but when i talked to the lady she refused to talk in English… well done tim for creating the history that person did not received the whole order even after paying for that. I am never ever gonna visit the tim in my life.

Parking: Limited parking (around 7 spots). Mainly a drive through place with a few tables inside & outside
If i could put minus 1 star i would. I order 2 combos (club tim and chicken pizza) with potatoes, a sparkling rafraichitim, a latte with whipped cream plus 2 cookies to go. They gave me 1 potatoes cause they didnt take my order correctly. She asked me for the sauce with my potatoes but she didnt even charged me the potatoes. I asked my club tim without bacon as written on my receipt but you already understand that it was full of bacon. Cashier was rude, didnt even know the menu and they did so many mistakes in every order from customers inside the restaurant at that moment that I left with 1 potato and removed the bacon by myself. They gave me the rafraichitim with over 90% ice if its not 99%. When i asked for less ice they gave me another one with 90% sugar not even sparkling. She told me that the whipped cream that she charged me extra was at the bottom of my latte.😮💨 I still took my order like that cause i would just want to leave but then when it was time to eat my cookie my first bite was a danm 9 inch long hair so disgusting i couldnt even drink my latte and finish my pizza.

I would give a rating of zero if it were possible. I had a very unpleasant experience today, 10/18/2024. We were confronted by three particularly rude employees. I had placed an additional order and was asked to go to the window. When I politely asked for a French vanilla, the lady reacted very aggressively. The rest of the team then intervened in a hostile manner, and one even told my son that a six-foot man was waiting for him inside when my son said he was going back. to discuss with the supervisor!! This is unacceptable! Where is the professionalism? Looks like you're recruiting anyone to prey on customers. A complaint was filed on this subject.

I am really sorry that my friends had such a bad experience here while on holiday from Australia. Not only did the staff refuse to attempt to speak English, but they went on to talk and laugh together while completely ignoring my friends. A vey ignorant approach to customer service es amis.
