We were ther july 30 at 12.35am to get some coffee at this location foundout tht u open 24hrs we stood at drive through sign for 5 minutes nobody answered thn we drove to window we nock after 2 minutes one girl came we try to gave her order she said I dont speak english ,thn she said m short on stock we try to her simple order she never ask what u need finally she took order n closed window left whn she brought our order hand us thn said thts it ..tht unacceptable service the rude behavior this girl had n attitude she could speak English but she pretended not,,she ws never happy to b ther so u guys better teach her propertly cust service..or send her home .we have family business owner our self n really know how thts works just visiting montreal most of timhortons here r messed up

I ordered 50 Timbits through Uber Eats, but there wasn’t a single chocolate glazed Timbit in the box.
Does this location not carry chocolate glazed Timbits? Otherwise, I can’t understand how there wouldn’t be even one included.

When someone orders 50, it would be nice to have a good mix of different flavors. A bit disappointed this time.

I was there Thursday night around 9 ish. The service was amazing from the tall gentleman with the slick back hair. He was really professional and kind to me and my wife. I don’t know his name but I think the lady working with him called him Sassy. Great work to this particular gentleman. Hats off to him and the team. Thank you!

Entered June 26 2025 at 830-840 am. Went to the cash, a pink hair lady served me. I ordered an ice coffee and it was 80% milk. I asked if she could add a bit more coffee since it taste only of milk. The cup wasn't even full so there was room for a bit more coffee. She proceeds to use the side of the sink as a strainer to pour out some of the content and tops it off with a dash of coffee. I was so disgusted at how filthy they handled my coffee I just left it there. Who knows when's that sink been clean and what's been poured in it. She was rude and treated food like she's works in a farm. Never coming back and recommend to try the other location across the street.

I was like this store and everyday I take my breakfast over there and all the people was nice and nothing happen to me there but today I went there to take my breakfast like every day by the drive-thru way the guy how took the order fight with me after giving me the wrong order and tell me what you need we don’t have he was very rood and nervous and missing all the skills of customer service zero polite zero respect and zero experience I take the same things everyday and today when I was making the order he didn’t even tell me we don’t have this or explain or anything he took the decision to change my order by himself advice for this guy go look to another job this place is not for you because of you I didn’t take my favourite food today

having a sore throat, they refused to serve me because my voice couldn't be heard well even though I had to wait in the drive-thru. really disappointing I will go to McDonald's in the future.... thank you for changing tim!!

I made the order on tim hortons application and was waiting for my order for around 40 minutes and i didn’t got it but when i talked to the lady she refused to talk in English… well done tim for creating the history that person did not received the whole order even after paying for that. I am never ever gonna visit the tim in my life.
