We discovered this restaurant in its early days, just like another restaurant in the family, the Angkoria. The specialty sushi experience is truly different from the a la carte sushi list. We love the explosions of flavors of the chef's specialties, the creation of protein and sauce combinations. In short, only happiness on the plate!!! Open your horizons and taste the proposals. Excellent cuisine spoiled by absolutely substandard service. We were greeted 40 minutes late for our reservation. We would have preferred a clear refusal rather than making us wait so long. The quality of service was quite uneven between the different servers, it ranged from the pure and simple inability to take our order to a server capable of explaining the dishes to us well, which is quite important given their originality. It seems like the servers aren't talking to each other, which makes for a pretty chaotic experience overall. However, they tried to make up for it in the end. At least we ate well and laughed well
