It’s a shame this place has questionable service because it has a lot of potential for Hudson… I love their London Fog but always fearful of what kind of mood the barista/owner will be which can really affect the experience, and would try other things on their menu but most of the time I just want to get out as soon as possible. I just go to Mikko now or to another cafe out of the way.
Nobody seems to ever smile at this place or help without being prompted.

My daughter and I order a coffee and wanted to sit at their table and was told we can’t occupy a table unless we order food! Would never go back ! After spending 11$ and not able to sit…. That is just RUDE !!! No appreciation of customers! That’s like going to rockberry’s having coffee and refused a table because you don’t order a piece of cake! Unfortunately Jupiter’s lacks customer service !!

The food was excellent as always. The service on the other hand not so much, the workers are not very welcoming and they can be rude. I went last week with my friends and they were being rude with customers that walked in asking if they were able to sit down. You work in the restaurant buisness, don’t take out you stress on your customers!!!

I love coming here. The cozy vibe and delicious lattes make it a wonderful dining experience. We were serviced right away and brought to a table. Servers/staff were very kind.
We ordered the Monterray and BLT sandwiches which were absolutely delicious. We also ordered the iced chai latte and matcha latte and made for a wonderful pairing to our lunch.
Amazing little bistro! Great service, coffee, decor and food! A must try for your next breakfast or lunch.

Looks like a lovely place but we were sent down the street to go to a bistro as we were not going to order enough food .... they were closing in an hour and had many tables free. Admittedly I am shocked... but apparently that is their policy as they are a restaraunt..... signed very confused
