Microbrasserie Cardinal is a little GEM in the middle of Hudson and a must visit!
Very down to earth, with it’s arty vibes, local live music, trivia, outdoor summer seating (also super cool and cozy in Winter) creates an unforgettable charm to connect with people and life:)

I wanted to like Cardinal but the food was very basic - salad appeared unwashed and from a bag, the guacamole also industrial and served with tostitos. I found the 4 IPA's quite bitter - but on reading the gracious reaction from our host and checking with my wife - she liked the IPA's - so I'm changing my review: if you like beer, it is a good place to go!
