A Hidden Gem with the Best Croissant I've Ever Had

I can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the warm, comforting aroma of freshly baked goods. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

But the real star here is the food—absolutely delicious! Everything I've tried has been top-notch, but their croissant deserves a special shoutout. Flaky, buttery, and perfectly baked, it's hands down the best croissant I've ever eaten in my life. I've had croissants in a lot of places, but none have come close to the quality and flavor of this one.

If you're a food lover or just looking for a great spot to grab a bite, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won't be disappointed!

Shaun you are hands down one of the hardest-working, most community-minded people I’ve ever met. Your dedication to what you do is unreal, and honestly, the quality of your food is exceptional.

Thank you for thoughtful suggestions while my dad is recovering - Best bone broth. Thank you for caring about the people in your community and for putting so much heart into everything you do. Hudson is so lucky to have you.

Wishing you Julie and the kids
continued success and prosperity and your beautiful family deserve it.

Excellent croissants

Barely any tables available, no baked goods with one or two menu items available. Loud obnoxious people sitting speaking in a foreign language, half the room empty. Staff didn’t even look at me. Focus on service and food rather than your bougie looks.

If you're in Hudson or passing by this is a must do stop. The desserts are decadent and one looks better than the next. If you're there in October/November you have to try the croissants muffin stuffed with pumpkin, it was incredible. The roast beef sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Home made roast beef was so tender, the focaccia was crispy and the horseradish mayo added a nice touch. I can't wait to go back to try the stuffed doughnuts.

Best sandwich ever, made with their homemade focacia bread fresh daily, panini style.
The fantastic and generous Italian version to share. Made to order on site before our eyes. They have several fresh and frozen products, meats, fish, scallops.
Too bad we are 1 hour away.
