This is our go to for pretty much everything! The meat is superb, the bread and pastries are baked fresh daily, they’ve got a great selection of wine and the eggs are the best we’ve ever had! They run a bunch of amazing pop up events throughout the year and being here feels like stepping into Stars Hollow!

My friend and I got sausage rolls. They were good but really wish they could have been warmed for us especially on a winter day.

Great food and comfy ambiance.Right in the heart of hudson, location is great, people are nice and lots of animals for the dogs lovers.A great selection of sweets, pizza and breads. Looking for local meet, check out the butcher. All in all, a great experience. Nice terrace as well.

Hard to beat their breads! One of the few bakeries that does a proper sourdough.

Today I was amazed with the delicious lunch we had. My friend and I popped in for a quick lunch at Furley's in Hudson, PQ after a fun local adventure and what a delight it was to have a fresh sandwich from local vendors (farm meat and produce) served to please our pallet! I ordered what I thought was a regular roast beef chiabatta sandwich and it far surpassed just an ordinary lunch. The sandwich was even warmed on a grill to meld all the lovely flavours together. This restaurant/store is hidden gem for sure! Thank you for the mouthwatering meal and for the very friendly service. I highly recommend!

Loved the location of the bakery. Maybe we didn’t order the correct items, but the focaccia and sausage roll were not the best we’ve had.

We just had the most amazing pizza from Furleys. We feel like we are downtown Montreal with these savoury pizzas. The sourdough crust is killer! So great to be able to order healthy and different.

I really wanted to like this place, I am not from the area but I’ve made a point to visit it twice, once during a weekend and once during a winter weekday late morning…. The store is nice, their bread is pretty good but the service (or lack of)… oh my… lower your expectations! And go lower!Last time I went there, there were 3 people behind the boulangerie counter and only one client before me, who had already paid but was still having a conversation with one of the 3 employees… that wouldn’t be a problem if the other 2 people would be willing to take my order. I stood there for a while before I had to ask if someone could help. The one talking with the client, told the client not to worry about it and kept going. At that point, one of the other employees, who was avoiding at all cost to make eye contact with me said “sure”.I already made a note so next time I pass by Hudson, I skip this place

1. Food tasted bland2. Doughnuts oily3. Coffee tasted burnt4. Wanted to give it a try another day. Drove from far to try it out. Google opening hours doesn’t match store’s actual hours.

Bought 2 of their best selling sausages and they were well worth the money.Lean and corse ground meat with very little shrinkage.Seasoning was perfect too.
