It's rare that I give a bad review, but I ordered a pizza and a poutine. The pizza was very good, nothing good or bad to say.
On the other hand, for the poutine, I had the impression that someone had dropped a cigarette ashtray into the sauce, even after 2 hours, I can still taste the cigarette. I hope it was just a bad batch of sauce, but it's terrible!
edit: There are excellent tools (deepl.com or google translate) to respond to customers in French, especially when they write a bad review. And they are free!
The fact remains that this is one of the worst poutines I have ever eaten, regardless of the spices used.

Bien honnêtement, n'y aller pas avec l'intention de trouver un bel endroit ; entretenu et au goût du jour. Je ne sais pas si le restaurant était en rénovation, mais nous n'avons pas été impressionné par l'endroit. Or, la nourriture, #1. Tout est fait maison ; sauce tomate, patates frites, pâte à pizza... Nous avons tout mangé. Je le recommande pour apporter plutôt.

Amazing pizza!! Finally really good pizza in Hudson is a reality. We had an all dressed and a plain cheese pizza and both were excellent. Definitely my go-to pizza place from now on.

Absolutely terrible service, food is meh but the service given is appalling. I do not understand how they are still in business. Placed an order at 6:30 pm for delivery, called an hour later and they said the driver had left 10 min ago. Called them again at 8:32 pm and they said that the driver was on his way, nothing else, not a sorry, absolutely nothing. Delivery person showed up at 8:40 pm, 2:10 after the order was placed, he was extremely rude and condescending, again not a sorry, nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to wait over 2 hours for mediocre food and horrible service.Edited to add: he replied the wait wasn’t 2 hours, here is the call log to prove it.

Their pizza dough is very unique. Pepp cheese hotpeppers and bacon is so good would definitely recommend. Their fries are actual fries not that nonsense that they server at most places.
