We stumbled on this coffee shop while strolling around the town. The lattes were delicious and the quiche were incredible!

I really was wowed by this cafe because of the deco atmosphere it’s amazing all the fine details and having the large roaster right there too. The coffee is tasty and the beans I bought are excellent I’m still making latte now at home after our visit. 🤩

Why I dropped a star is because one of the ladies working there kept giving me stinky eye, 👁️ you know hateful mean looks. And I felt it was because I was with a two year old boy 👦 who was being a two year old boy. Ok so maybe she doesn’t appreciate children but we didn’t stay long and got our things to go so he wasn’t to noisy.

Also the take out cups dripped a lot. It’s normal they are eco friendly paper ones no plastic but still I’m sure they can find non drippy ones. I’m only taking off a star for the mean angry looks sorry but it’s tough being a parent so please SMILE or don’t look at my kid and me, but no stinky eye 👁️🙂

Nice place, offers a wide variety of freshly roasted coffee. On the other hand, I was very disappointed with the coffee served on site. The latter is roasted so dark that we no longer taste the characteristic aromas of coffee at all, which give way to an overwhelming bitterness. I would have had to add an extra dollar to the price already in the high range (from $4.60 to $6+ for a cappuccino) of what we generally find in trendy cafes to have a coffee with another roasting, despite the fact that I had just bought $25-30 worth of beans. Disappointing when you know that several cafes offer espresso for $1 or a discount on a latte/cappuccino when you buy a certain quantity of beans. In addition, the coffee was served to me without latte art in a plastic cup! :') I give it 3 stars for the charm of the place and because the owner was kind enough to change my coffee for me free of charge.

What a great discovery! We were on vacation in the area and looking for a place to have a quality cold brew. Iced matcha 5⭐️, iced latte 5⭐️ and smoothie 5⭐️.

Beautiful place with typical architecture but very limited service (unfriendly staff) and average quality of products like the very diluted chai tea, it hurts a little to tip... can really do better and this is an observation after 3 on-site visits.

Kid-friendliness: We were not held the door with our baby knowing that the waitress was in front of us...

Excellent service

Small, quiet place, excellent service. It's a little expensive, but it's worth it once in a while! I will probably return there when I pass through Joliette again.
