Wet turned egg and uncooked white. Cold sausages all the way inside. Tasteless baked beans. Pu coffee creamer. It's super cold in the restaurant. People ate with their coats on.
Bad service bought deluxe casserole I drive 10 minutes I arrive at our house it's an incomplete casserole almost no sauce no cheese almost and no spinach, plus I found a bit of cooking utensils in my eggs, when I turn it over supposed owner who in my opinion should change jobs because the customer service doesn't mention it to me at all that he put everything in so takes me for a liar, the waitress tells me there are cooking utensils cooking we don't have that here well yes that's it. Instead of apologizing and just redoing the plate, it's mobstine and mini boss shouts at me to get out and blah blah blah, fortunately the very nice manager told him to shut up and that she was going to redo my dish for me, she told me even offers a free drink, she knows how to serve dissatisfied customers
The second dish was ok and even when asking the cook to add spinach he forgot it.
In general, super nice manager, but waitress who gives me her moral lesson and mini boss pumping next door 1st and last time I was crazy!!!

The waiting time is long before you can order and receive your dish. The servers are very friendly but not very responsive, probably an organizational problem.
The food was served cold and was not up to the standard of a restaurant worthy of its name, a 16 year old teenager could have served such dishes.
Do not ask for food to be reheated as this will be done in a microwave and will ruin some of your dishes.
Some products used in cooking were of low quality, or even worse, industrial, in particular the vinaigrettes used in the various salads.
The fries are not crispy.
The atmosphere was pleasant and warm. The decorations are magnificent and the chairs and table elegant. Two very good points.
Hygiene is sloppy, flies circulate freely in the air and attack your coffee in a humorous tone.
The temperature of the restaurant is higher than average, beware of those who don't like heat.
Overall it is a charming place but with disappointing products and poor service.
