The service is OK, but the employees are often stupid and/or unwelcoming or talk among themselves for several minutes before serving us. The choices of frozen desserts are very varied and competitively priced. However, for blizzards, the employees only put it on the surface so in the middle and at the bottom, we just have ice cream. A little too flat for the price you pay. In addition, ice cream is often melted before even receiving it or on the verge of not being frozen even in days without heatwaves. The atmosphere is okay, the tables are at the back of the building. Personally, I prefer to go elsewhere for a frozen dessert for a better experience

I am really disappointed with my experience. For me dairy queen is synonymous with quality... BUT NO. The ice cream isn't even good. There is very little choice. And I think the place should be renovated. It looks dirty and unkept. I prefer my local creamery. I wouldn't go back there.

I give 4 stars because there are no napkins available and they don't give any. You have to ask for it and if you forget you have to bother those at the checkout to get it. A place where there must be napkins is in a creamery that you need them. It’s actually a must! ??
