We had ordered 1x 5puffs with ice cream with full dulce de lick topping and 1x 8puffs with ice cream chocoloco topping on the puffs and on the dulce de lick ice cream. We were charged for 2x 8puffs instead of 1x. The cashier persisted with us saying that we asked for what they charged us on the bill. They still refunded the overcharged item but mixed up the topping we requested. We had chocoloco puffs and dulce de lick ice cream. On the boxes it was clearly written what we wanted, the cashier told her colleague to give us another type of filling

Employees do not wear nets in their hair even though this is MAPAC standards. We made the comment to an employee (Zack or Isac) and he stupidly said that it wasn't one of his priorities and that he doesn't care since we're not a food inspector. Note that the cashier is really welcoming and smiling. Really unpleasant when you politely warn someone and ask them to respect Mapac standards. Otherwise in terms of cooking, it's OK. We often have extra puffs in our boxes. The puffs are cooked well. However, big disappointment when they don't or almost never have summer exclusives. And the employees say it not when you say your name, no no, but when you receive the box. And almost zero grout on the puffs. Out of a box of 30, around ten had nothing. Too bad...I hope for an improvement, I was a loyal customer and this bad experience leaves me with a bitter aftertaste. I remain open to a discussion with the manager or owner if necessary

Mr. Puffs...You would have to have very bad service not to give 5 stars, it's sooooo good ? That said, we were very well received, the place was clean and parking was easy. I will go back there for sure.
