Rotten service, even if they changed premises, it changes absolutely nothing. The service is really rotten.

The cashier had difficulty understanding people's orders and did not know his menu.
There weren't many people but it still took 30 minutes to receive our order.
Unfortunately after all that the food was bad. They left out the salt in everything: fries, chicken, sauce….and that comes from someone who eats salty. Besides, the sauce was super diluted.

The chicken and sides were very good. However, no follow-up at the front and so we spent 1 hour 45 minutes waiting and eating (a Monday at 5:15 p.m.).

Maybe it will be better next time.

Order placed on Uber Eats was never prepared, I waited 1 hour for nothing and finally got reimbursed by Uber Eats. Clearly a problem originating from the restaurant. I thought I would have better service at the new establishment but it seems not!

My worst KFC experience ever. The poor staff members were overworked and probably short on staff, so I can understand the service being a little slow, but at the very least I expect decent food. I ordered a 4-piece meal box with a super croque. The meal box comes with a small sauce, small fries, small bag of popcorn chicken and a side dish (I chose macaroni salad). The only edible thing was the popcorn chicken, the pieces of passable chicken and the sauce if you want to count it to be generous. I say "edible" because it was far from exceptional, but if everything else had been edible I probably wouldn't have complained: the fries were cold. soft and seasoned, seasoned fries are new but I didn't ask for that, the chicken pieces were dark as if they had been fried twice or as if their frying oil was very dirty, but still a decent taste , the macaroni salad tasted like expired product and the super crunch was drier than the Sahara and smelled of cigarette smoke (the smell upon inspection seemed to come from the old rusty salad that was in the sandwich). Their beverage machine had more ice and from what I saw from other customers who passed after me, some drinks no longer had syrup so it was only water coming out of the machine. I took a diet pepsi and if you want a similar experience buy a pepsi, open it and let it sit for a day or two before drinking it. To say there were “no more bubbles” is an understatement. It was like drinking water with a disgusting pepsi taste. In short, I hope that they will be able to find more employees and adjust their current problems because I will clearly not return to this PFK before that.

More than an hour of waiting to receive our order even though the restaurant was not that full...around 5:30 p.m. No mention of the waiting time when taking the order, knowing...it was the few customers on site who ended up telling us that they had been there for 45 minutes!. The chicken was good, but the popcorn chicken was almost cold.

Seriously I can't get my order they took my money but they don't have change to give your change and when you order something after paying for a combo they tell you but it doesn't happen completely

I placed an order for takeout on December 26 around 6 p.m. There were only about 5 bills sitting on the counter from people who were before me and not a single car in the drive-thru. So, all that to say that there weren't that many people. I waited a total of 50 minutes to get my order! A lot of people came in and left because it was so long. All this to have a sauce with disgusting big mottons in it (I took a photo but I can't publish it), fries which were not seasoned even though I had asked for them and very popcorn chicken. dry. I won't go back there again, it's been such crappy service.
