Really very disappointed. They brought us the menu without telling us anything. We place our order (pizza, poutine and 1 child's meal of croquettes (my daughter has a lactose-free diet)). After ordering, the waitress came back to tell us that they were out of croquettes. We then ask for pasta... They are out of pasta. We are then told that finally kibble will be possible only to come back and tell us that no. So we got up and left!

The service was deplorable. I called 1 hour in advance for my order and had to wait 30 minutes there after the requested time. There are even people who passed without pre-ordering and they got their order before me.

Very disappointed, fries cooked in old oil. Really not interesting. We wanted to try the colossal all dressed pizza. Medium taste, pepperoni, Super C style in wrap. Very ordinary taste. Pizza sauce that looks like orange tomato cream without any special taste. Very little cheese on the pizza. Very disappointed for a pizza of $44.00, first and last delivery to my home.
Edit: (response to your message) no I have not contacted you to tell you my dissatisfaction. I think it's pretty obvious that a restaurant that continues to serve fries cooked in dirty, finished oil doesn't need me to call them and tell them. You simply noticed that your oil is dirty and you continue to serve them to us anyway. So I think that you don't really care about the quality of your products and especially respect for your customers. We are not pigs to serve ourselves food that just looks bad.

I order a corporale, they give me an all dress, very little pepperoni and a ton of green pepper which I hate. Well, I noticed it at home. The invoice says corporal. Bad gang of illiterates.
Really bad service. I order around 4:50 p.m. and around 7:45 p.m. it still hasn't arrived. I am told that they are overwhelmed but there are always limits to incompetence, it is not complicated to have a good organization and the fact of being overwhelmed is not an excuse to keep customers waiting for 3:00.

The pizza has a lot of impressive toppings but the poutine fries are undercooked. Almost no more utensils you have to ask for to get them, no napkin and the best poutine unavailable (no ranch sauce)... Yes we can talk about it to resolve the situation but we don't always have the time to do it and return to exchange. This bad experience is surely an exception.

The specialty of the place is certainly the subs, they are prepared with homemade bread and it is just delicious. The portions are really generous and the prices very reasonable. The delivery time was a little long but overall good service, I will definitely order again.
