It's been 4 times in a row that I've ordered from you, over the past year your service has really deteriorated. Errors in orders can happen, but 4 times in a row? And 4 times you didn't take my address correctly and the delivery guy called me because he couldn't find it. Very disappointed and it’s annoying!

The fries in poutine not edible, half cooked very very disappointed but the last time I ordered it, because it was made too regular fries not cooked..thank you

We had them delivered at least once a week... Often old, cold fries. Many times forgetting a meal. You never know how to complain.Our last time is tonight. After having to call back because a meal was missing (not to mention the delays) we were treated to fries that looked like they had been made that morning and clubsandwish with more mayonnaise than anything else. After calling back to explain the situation, twice in a row, I was told "what's the problem ma'am".Delay of an hour, you forgot a meal, it complicates things to eat with family and the least thing would have been hot fries...Lack of concern for a job well done and your regular customers, that's the problem.
