Went to subway as we often do. Service was slower than usual but that is to be expected around noon on a Sunday. The problem was with their customer rewards program. The scanner did not work and neither employee had any idea how it worked or how the program worked. Since this was the third time in a row that this has happened, in three different establishments, I just let it slide. I don’ think they will gain new customers that way. Food was good.
