I take back what i said earlier about this restaurant, sure they take more time to prepare the orders but the quality and taste make it up for it, the lady running the store is doing a remarkable job, I had so many interactions with her and everytime I left satisfied .
I totally recommend it (just be patient with the delay)

I ordered sushi for pregnant women and even when paying I insisted that it was really for pregnant women. They said yes. I arrive to eat and there is raw fish in almost all the sushi. I requested a refund. Language barrier, very difficult to understand each other.

Sushi shop (joliette) Really disappointed!! I ordered dragon eye, open va, volcano and terriyaki bomb. The volcano and covered was cool. And the 2 breaded ones which were dragon eye and teriyaki bomb came straight from the fridge!! This type of service has never happened in Lavaltrie!!!

Their work board is left with lots of different products and plastic containers when they handle customers' items, it doesn't make sense to be poorly organized, never even seen that and let's say I often go to restaurants and the waiting time is absurd and are like 5 lolll

Incredibly long wait (25 minutes) for an order of only 2 kinds of sushi (8 pcs avocado and 5 pcs deluxe veggies)…there doesn't seem to be a fryer on the kiosk, so my sushi went to be fried in a neighboring restaurant, transported in a small boiler... I'm not even sure that all that was very healthy. In addition, there was masago (fish roe) present in my VEGETABLE sushi. Anyway, I threw away half my tray, it hurts my heart to throw away food, especially at the price it costs. I am very disappointed with my experience.

Very poor customer service. We asked for 2 Teriaki bombs + Dragon Eye. The lady, without smiling, had the bad idea of ​​putting together the order with products from the refrigerated counter. She forces herself to put everything in a box. Now she presents me with a semblance of rice puree.I refuse everything and insist that she prepare the order like anyone else.

Good sushi. Extremely disappointing service. Endless waiting without any explanation, while the employees seem to prefer to ignore the customers rather than own their inability to manage the flow. After waiting for 15 minutes with sushi already prepared in hand, we were suddenly told that the payment machine was broken... I was trying not to get an idea after having only been there a few times but now I am convinced !

The sushi is excellent, but the service is slow like that! Wait 20 minutes for a drink that takes 5 minutes to make! Employee who is crazy about customers who knows nothing about the menu and doesn't even check to see if there are customers.

The sushi fell apart on its own, everything was too damp or wet for it to hold together. The Philly barely had any frying and it was 8 small pieces instead of the usual 5 large pieces. The black mamba was full of sauce on top without the sweet potatoes on top. The sushi was so big (double portion of rice than normal) that it was almost impossible to eat a single sushi in one bite. I love the sushi shop chain but I was very disappointed and will not return here.

I didn't receive any soy sauce or wasabi with my sushi which wasn't even fresh!!!
