2 weeks ago I went inside, when I was given the sandwich, I dropped it, the team quickly prepared another one for me, I've been going there every lunchtime for a while and always good service and friendly thank you!

Worst tim Hortons in existence food almost always tastes burnt and the coffee is always stale. I almost broke a tooth on a piece of breaded chicken in my wrap.

I am a regular customer of Tim Hortons, but my recent visit left me very disappointed. Last night (10/11/2024) I received a sandwich containing lettuce that was visibly brown and moldy. This raises questions about the attention paid to the quality and freshness of ingredients.
I would like to point out that the rest of my order was correct, and the staff was courteous. However, serving spoiled food is unacceptable and can seriously damage your establishment's reputation. I hope this situation will be taken into consideration to ensure higher quality standards in the future.

After 25 minutes of waiting for a simple order, the interact machine did not work, you had to pay cash or no order, I asked for egg and cheese only, I received a sandwich with Bacon, no sugar in my latte the taste of the latte is like water mixed with milk, In short a horrible experience,

I waited more than 30 minutes on a Saturday morning that was very calm in my opinion, I was missing tomatoes in my sandwich, my iced coffee was not brewed at all and therefore had lots of syrup in the bottom. It took a while to relax. The dude before me just had a carafe of coffee so I don't understand. Plus it took 3x before the clerk correctly understood my order. And tomatoes aren't free if they're expensive

Je ne suis pas du genre à écrire des reviews mais je vient de déménager dans le coin et honnêtement rien avoir avec les Tims à Montréal le service est très lent la qualité n’est pas super et ils font toujours des erreurs je pense qui devrai avoir des formations qui devrai être fait pour le personnel ou d’engager plus de staff pour ne pas attendre 45 minutes pour sa commande

1 hour wait at the drive-thru in front of the window, the young people all don't talk to each other, are slow. The young girl at the drive-thru was confused to the core.
Hire good people because it was just grueling to watch.
They made a mistake with I don't know how many orders, I saw them throw a lot of errors.
I'm not asking for much lol, a responsible trainer in the place maybe.
I would like to say that I wouldn't do better but that's not true.
