38 min until car service time I only had 8 cars in front of me (ridiculous). With my luck I arrive at the window I pay and power outage.. they say he can't make my order my worst is that the cash register doesn't work so little doesn't pay me back..!! so no wrap worker for me.. it's $ the cafe sa... know that I'm done I won't come back here..........

Every time I go to Tim's I love my experience, the staff is super friendly, the coffee is always so good and the donuts are divine.
I am dissatisfied 4 times out of 1. The service is not good and long. When I receive my order it is cold when I get a hot bagel. Plus, there are always a few things missing that I would like to eat. The management of this tim is non-existent!
Really messy place. Fruit flies all over the pastries displayed at the counters. Extremely slow service, even though there are not many customers to serve. Place to avoid.
