Very slow! I put my opinion live already 30 minutes of waiting. The staff laugh together, they seem to be having fun and everyone is waiting. Yet there are 5 people in front serving. And it's not the first time, but we say to ourselves that it may be isolated but this is too much. Not serious. It tarnishes the image of Tim Horton’s.
if you want to waste your time come here waiting for last 20 minutes for a wrap

Several times I go to this tim and there is a great lack of professionalism on the part of the employees. I always come away disappointed, either by the quality or the speed. Four people are behind the counter, none say hello to me or even it won't take long. They chat among themselves as if I were not there and leave me waiting even though they are obviously not busy.
While I am served my iced cappuccino as requested supposedly made with almond milk, the cappuccino is pale, or of a color made with regular milk. I taste the milk that has overflowed over the rim of the cup and it doesn't taste like almond milk at all.
I asked an employee to be sure, she confirmed to me that yes it was ok even though it wasn't.... Due to my intolerance I had to give it after drinking 2 sips.

Don't go here if you want to get back on the road quickly. Go to a branch further away and it will take less time. 50 minutes of waiting without being able to go back given that we are in the car, it's absurd and way too much. The service has always been slow here and I was lenient because I understand the lack of employees, but this was too much, I won't come back to waste my time.
