Please hire more cashiers, there's always 8 people waiting and one cashier and they refuse you at the self check for having too much stuff...
If I didn't get scammed by the points system so often it would be 4.5 stars. They have great prices and staff are usually very friendly. I love how clean and organized it is. Just need to point out that, when we're at self check out, we're not getting paid to scan ourselves out. There should be a discount frankly.. it's higher up that ladder brainwashing you and being greedy: I need to point out to you cashiers that it is against the law to wrongfully accuse someone of stealing... yes, you can be charged or even go to prison! Corporations would be wise to remember this too and avoid a big lawsuit. Bosses, you need to understand that it's not worth the life of an innocent person just to satisfy the greed of an arrogant giant. Believe me, I've been that person, I worked retail and was quick to react and question a customer when I saw he had an item he didn't pay for, I was attacked and almost got killed by a desperate junkie with a knife over 20$... why? Because the idiot managers made me feel like it was my duty to "deter theft". You're not a cop, you're not loss prevention, you're not a security guard or a detective, you get minimum wage, how dare they expect any more from you than the job title you have. It's high time these places learn to value and appreciate you for the hospitality and help you give customers. Sorry to bash management, I know many of you are good people, but try to understand that human life is more valuable than something that's insured anyway. Remind your cashiers to not harass people over things they THINK a person didn't scan when they did because they could be confronting the wrong asshole....Seriously, wrapping paper on clearance for 2$??? I'm here every damn day spending the tiny money I get from family allocation, on a tight budget and I get no income. By rights I should be stealing food for my children, but I don't because I was raised right and know better than that, so don't accuse after I assured you that I did and showed you the receipt, trust me IT'S NOT WORTH IT. And I'm with my babies, like really!? What the hell is wrong with people?

If an item is on special in the circular, there is no more on the shelves from the first day and we are given as failure that the order was not received or other reasons, respect the law and don't be so reluctant to give a good deferral.
