I have frequented this lunch restaurant several times...
The last two times on the other hand clearly left something to be desired! First time I warned the owners who remedied the situation.
So I decided on Sunday December 1, 2024 to go back to give another chance, two young girls and a young boy present.
My partner didn't want to go there since the last time the first 4 meal choices he chose were not available....
So on Sunday I mentioned to him that it’s clearly better now.
The young man ended up answering us, I asked for a grillcheez. The young man turns towards the two young girls who are almost arguing, telling him that they don't have the time or what it takes to do it, that they have too many orders and that they are in a hurry. . The young man asked them to indicate what the grillcheez should contain but no cooperation from the two young people
Honestly, I left and unfortunately I wouldn't go back there on weekends.
I understand that you want to give the chance to young people who for some really want to learn....On the other hand, a familiar manager should be on site every weekend because I believe that you are losing a LOT of customers.

Recently, weekends have become ordinary. I went on 3/11/24. There were two guys, one tall and one short. the smallest serves me a coffee that tastes like it's burning and lets the syrup run down his fingers into my glass! Very disappointed with the service unlike before. Additionally, while waiting for my order I watched them work, not using any utensils to take the food off the hotplate, turning the sausages with their hands for example. In short, a little disappointing...

Very good but staff can smile. The prices were not listed and I was given the wrong size of drink. I don't know if I paid for the form I requested or the one is going backwards.

Charming lunch spot in Jonquière. Very nice to encourage local people instead of big corporations and the prices are better! I was able to have lunch several times for less than $20, not including the tip. Not many places to find lunch under $30 these days. The girls are efficient and the service is fast.
Too expensive, poor service, poor inventory management, violation of accurate price display. I went to this business on Friday June 28, 2024. I ordered a lunch which seemed to be the most generous. With the 15% tip, it cost me $30.74. I asked for it without potatoes (diced and cooked in fat) It was probably the counter attendant's mother who ordered it. prepared and brought. On my plate there were only 2 eggs, a little ham, a poor quality sausage, a little creton probably from the commercial brand too salty and not very good, a few slices of watermelon and probably some cantaloupe with a thin slice of orange and a few grapes. Although the coffee was unlimited, it was almost double the price you would expect to pay elsewhere. In addition, on the menu, the prices were not displayed, which constitutes an infringement on the accuracy of prices imposed by the consumer protection office. By the way, their coffee claiming to be strong was quite weak. Also in my selection there had to be baked beans. There were none left. So poor inventory management. I was given a choice of substitution and I chose an extra piece of bacon. Although I had requested no potatoes, we had to add a little more topping. Except when my plate arrived there was some. I mentioned it, they were removed but I was not compensated by more topping. Honestly, I don't recommend going to the cafe, it's too small inside, not very good service, and too expensive for what they offer. Oh, I witnessed it also missing orange juice. Not great management.

Today I went for an iced tea and they were out of it. I then ordered myself a hot latte and my partner a cold brew with cream. We waited 5 minutes. They bring us a cold latte with a cold brew without cream. We mentioned to them that we had ordered a hot latte and a cold brew with cream. Unfortunately, they are out of cream and for the hot latte... ummm there is nothing clear. Unfortunately since I tasted it, they won't exchange it for a hot one like I ordered. For what? Did you want to drink it? All this accompanied by a hint of arrogance. We left the place very disappointed...
