A Paris Brest with fruit and custard? Take out the recipe book…
The baguette bread at almost $3 is dry and not at all interesting to eat… or maybe for ducks?
The bakery seems clean stainless but we are in the 80s... the pastries are not worthy of being called patisserie but more Vachon cake...
And since when are chocolate éclairs cut in half to garnish them?

The timetable on the website is not good, I made 2 return trips for it to be closed. It is not up to date

I've been there twice for the bread and it's dry and really not good. Paris-Brests with canned fruit in them? Bad surprise !

Exceptional pastry.
The goods taste as amazing as they did a decade ago. There is a good selection of cakes and chocolates. Coffee is pricey. The smell and mood inside the establishment are very pleasant.
It's really very good. I recommend tlm. Their fruit tart is excellent! A+++

In the heart of Jonquière you will find little chocolate jewels in many forms. The baguette bread...ahhh it's so good. Highly, I recommend.
