Really slow waiting times. Ordered online a couple of hours before, went to pickup my order and had to wait over 30mins. No apologies were given to me either, at least the food was warm.

Sunday evening 6:45 p.m. Empty restaurant, the tables are very dirty. Nothing left on the menu except starters and mega sticks. There weren't even any utensils available. We ate our salad and poutine with straws as forks. The staff was very distracted, laughing among themselves instead of responding to the customer and ensuring the cleanliness of the place.

Hello, I would like to share with you my latest experience at PFK Jonquière. Since the renovations, I have been extremely disappointed with the service, the wait is long before receiving our order. I took a barrel and there were 3 pieces that were not cooked and I also want to tell you that the pieces are small and what I don't understand is that the breading does not stick after the chicken. I also chose macaroni salad and there was none, and French onions were not offered. I was a customer who regularly went to the PFK once a week, with my last experience I think it will be a while without returning there. Please accept, Madam, Sir, my greetings.
