Total disappointment. We ate at this pizzeria several years ago and it was excellent. We went back yesterday and we were very disappointed in every way. First the pizza! They changed the dough and sauce recipe. Bland, dry and very little filling. Even lack of sauce! You have to order and pay at the counter upon arrival and we are informed that there is no longer table service. We are still offered to tip 10-15-18%!!!! For no service!??
20 minutes later, we received our pizzas at the table in 2 cardboard boxes used during deliveries. The accompaniments also arrive at the table in a take-out paper bag. Luckily, they lend us a spatula to cut the pizza in the cardboard boxes… Half-empty bottles of Miracle Whip salad dressing that have been lying on every table for hours even though the bottles say “keep refrigerated”.
At the end of the “meal”, each customer must return their plate and utensils. Big disappointments all round...Even if the pizza was free, we wouldn't go back!
