The service is not great, I even thought our waitress had finished her shift. Lots of young employees and it shows. The last time I went there several years ago it was pretty much the same thing, no improvement in fact. I won't be going back anytime soon. It's boring because it's good.

It's been 2 times that I have ordered for delivery and paid for my order in advance your email sent me back that our order will arrive around such a time but it is always 15 to 20 minutes late I love your pizza it is the best but the service should be corrected

My experience in this restaurant was mixed, but I would like to point out that my comments mainly concern the service of the waitress:
1. Hygiene: I noticed the waitress was wiping her nose without washing her hands before handling items, which is concerning.
2. Attitude: I felt like I was bothering the waitress, who seemed annoyed or not attentive, which detracted from the atmosphere.
3. Timing of tasks: During our meal, the waitress performed tasks like filling sugar bowls right on our table. These types of activities should be done outside the presence of customers to preserve their comfort.
4. Order errors: There was a mix-up in the dishes. When the error was reported, the plate was changed to poutine because the other option would have taken too long. The other plate, which was already served, was cold, with lukewarm fries, and the chicken breading was not cooked. The waitress did not offer to take this plate back so that we could eat at the same time, which would have forced us to eat in turn. We therefore opted for poutine to avoid additional delay.

Fortunately, after the remade plate (fried chicken) was served, it was tasty and well prepared. However, these inconveniences could have been avoided with better service and better organization.

I share these remarks in a constructive spirit, because despite everything, the restaurant has the potential to offer a better experience with a few adjustments.

Everything is perfect except for the small portions...it's not normal to count the number of potatoes for lunch because there aren't any big ones...like 11 small pieces...
.it's not expensive to put small potatoes in....

I often order for home delivery in Shipshaw and the delivery man is really very nice, fast delivery, very good service and best pizza in town!
