The pizza is very good, too bad the cook does a sloppy job. I have a pizza with an undeveloped and dry crust. A good pizza man doesn't brush the edges with sauce. It prevents the development of the crust and a 12 inch pizza. $40 with tip and tax is expensive but no problem because it's good when the job is done well! A restaurant should not pass is to miss

Tuesday November 5 at 7:21 p.m. I call for a delivery to Arvida the girl answers me that there are no more deliveries I ask them he delivers until what time usually for the next one she answers me no delivery after 7:25 p.m. I tell her notice that it is 7:22/23 p.m., she says no finally 7:20 p.m. I'm like ok and then I hear her say to an employee who said we can do something like that and in a super stupid way she shouts use it, no, it's me who decides, we can't deliver....
What bothers me the most is not that I didn't get my pizza but that she changed the time so it didn't deliver to us and the way she shouted at the employees with an ultra stupid tone phew.... I I am the manager of a company and I find it COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE to speak like this to employees and even to me it was certainly a bit more polite... but still not exemplary. In short, very disappointed... and this is the second time that I have had a problem with the telephone service which I believe is the same girl the last time I was refused a promotion which supposedly was not valid but that the promotion was clearly displayed on the site, the person you put on the phone unfortunately represents the company and both times I find them very stupid.... it's sad this person harms your reputation whereas when it doesn't Isn't she always an impeccable service, and your delivery people deserve a big 5 stars, polite, fast, very funny, also he has already made a little joke on me, it's always a pleasure to be served by him and on 2 occasions we are wrong in the name of my street (powell) and he always finds me, in short very unfortunate because your pizza is the best in Arvida and ultimately my order was with another company which served me with politeness

The only thing I can say is that the quality of the finished product varies from time to time.
