It's always good ! Yum ! A joy for the taste buds every time.
We like to go and have a good meal. André is our favorite server. Courteous welcome and professional service. And even on delivery it's good, it's hot and it's fast. We really like 3Points!

Prehistoric website, has not changed its appearance or menu for 30 years. I have been a regular since that time but it is over because of THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD on two separate occasions. They are not young people. Today the host raised his voice towards me when I told him that something was missing last time, asked me what it was and when I answered he cut me off by repeating ''what was it'' ' as if the old man wanted to fight! Instead of ''sorry I'll give you one''.
Recently another long time waitress gave me the worst service ever by flouting all the rules. I know it's not directed at me, they're just disgusted. Well me too. 30 years of being a customer and that's the service we get. Farewell.

Busy place. Service was quick at dinner time. Lots of menu choices. Menu that is out of the ordinary. Poutine pizza as well as poutine gratin. The sauce is exquisite. The place needs a refresh.

2 deliveries on two different days were done in a hurry it seems. You feel that on the phone they are hurrying, it gives the impression that you should not have called them and that you are "too much". 3/4 of the time he botches the order or we feel that the lady is doing 20 things at the same time. I ordered lunch and it was half cooked. It was cooked. But let's just say that it doesn't make you want it, no seasoning on the fries. OK but at least think about adding salt and pepper, plus on the phone the lady skips important steps including what we take in our coffee so there is no cream or ugly or sugar nothing. If I ask for delivery I probably don't have what it takes to cook... today I ask for hamburgers with well-done fries. Unfortunately the fries were cold, not well cooked. I call it “borderline undercooked”. My hamburgers almost roll into a cylinder, so when you open the small bag the patty is next to the hamburger. The WORST of the WORST is taking a butcher because you're hungry and realizing that the hamburger patty was undercooked. Like my two humbergers were red. Cooked on the outside but rare on the inside.
Here is the description of my last two deliveries.
It's easy to say "wow the service was great and it was delicious" but it has to be true.

We were 2 people, we waited 25 minutes at the entrance, once in our seat, another 20 minutes before we could order. An hour later, we left because we only had our coffees. We won't go back there again.
