Not funny not being able to heat your restaurant everyone complains and the owner doesn't care. He should close his restaurant and keep only the drive-thru service. Plus the owner remains to be desired without is annoying. I don't I don't understand why the Tim banner doesn't hold hearings on cleanliness.

We're freezing in this restaurant!!! There hasn't been any heating for a long time... Sorry but I'm going to go to the McDonald's next door where we can have a hot coffee☹️☹️☹️

I placed an order online and when I got there, I was told it couldn't be found. We had to reorder it even though the order had indeed been placed on my credit card. I contacted Tim Hortons who told me to make arrangements with the branch. The Tim from Arvida doesn't want to know anything indicating that they don't have my order over $25 and that they won't refund me. What do we call that? Apart from a theft?

I just paid $11.94 for a croissant topped with dry maple which is not edible with a dubious egg + a coffee already the prices are ridiculous, force yourself to give a minimum of quality! This is the trash he ate. If I wasn't already far away I would have returned it to you I can't believe when my service this 😡

We switched to drive-thru ordering on October 11 around 5 p.m. None of the employees wore uniforms, they were all dressed casually. As a result, the cleanliness left something to be desired. I don't know if the manager forgot to ensure that health standards were respected.
