Unable to publish their opening hours, whether on Google, on the Tim Horton's website, or even on the front door. It seems to me that this is the kind of thing that only takes a few minutes, in order to respect its customers, preventing them from traveling unnecessarily.
The employee(s) may look at us through the window with an exasperated look to see customers trying to open a locked door, it only makes a ridiculous situation so easy to resolve worse.
If there is no one with the simple ability to be able to correct the timetable on the internet, I dare to imagine that it is quite undemanding to simply print the timetable on a sheet and affix it (to affix means to put, install, place, with the help of a support such as adhesive tape or other of your choice) on the front door (I specify just in case, the timetable must be visible from the outside). Just an idea like that, it's free, you're welcome. Bye!

Drive-thru service closed in the evening after 4 p.m., the food not fresh and dry (on my 4 visits, this happened to me), but the employees make no mistakes in the orders and they are friendly. Waiting time of 5 to 10 minutes.

I ordered 2 medium French vanilla, I received 2 medium French vanilla. The best service at a Tim Horton's. Positive: so many bad reviews that no one goes there, it's super fast.

We went to the drive-thru this evening, November 29 around 8:35 p.m., no one answered us, after 10 minutes of waiting we went inside. The lady was alone, there were no donuts or timbits. She didn't know what candy cane white hot chocolate was, once I explained it to her, she finally understood. When I receive my drink I realize that there is no whipped cream and candy cane topping…Around 9:15 p.m. my boyfriend wants to go get a little something after his soccer game, everything is closed…Very disappointing for a restaurant supposed to be 24 hours…

1 star, because I can't give 0. I've been disappointed several times, but last night it was discouraging. The person who answered me didn't understand anything. I asked for a very large French vanilla coffee and she didn't know it was a very large one. (Suggest I put the vanilla in a bowl?) I ordered timbits and it was so dry it looked like I was eating sand. I also asked for a creamy chocolate frosty and they gave me an iced cappuccino with a mini drop of whipped cream. I advise you not to go there.

Disgusting juicy bacon, horrible tomato and on top of that I have the crunch of the salad. No need to tell you it wasn't edible.
