Several times I go to this restaurant for begels with cream cheese and always a little cheese provided inside I decide to take an extra cheese and always the same thing just a little bit more cheese seriously paid for our order and above all paid for the extra take the time to look at your orders because seriously there should be a change in this restaurant

My experience at Tim Hortons was disappointing from start to finish. As soon as we arrived, the cashier who took our order was nonchalant and rude, as if we were bothering her. Meanwhile, another employee behind her was walking in circles, staring idly at the ceiling. After waiting 10 minutes standing at the cash register without receiving our order, we decided to go sit down and wait to be called. However, after another 30 minutes of waiting, still nothing. At the end of our patience, we asked what was going on, and the employees had clearly done nothing about our order. Fortunately, the lady at the grill politely apologized and prepared our items, but at this point the wait and service was unacceptable. Additionally, the iced coffee we finally received was undrinkable. A very bad experience not to be repeated.

French vanilla half full, not the right sandwich recipe.. I ordered 3 potato wedges with the dips! The 3 2oz cups were only a quarter full. When I asked for more, I was told that that was the amount to put and that I would not have more, in a very arrogant way. I ordered a large iced cappuccino. It tasted like sour, the first big (and only) sip I took made my tongue sting because it was so bad. I asked for a refund given the bad taste of the drink and they never wanted to refund it. Additionally, employees talk together while customers wait to be served. I've been giving them chances for several times, but now it's over, we still have bad service at this restaurant.
