Excellent service as always! I was a little surprised by the portion of the Mac & cheese dish which I found a little small and I was expecting it to be creamier which is why I removed a star. I won't choose this dish in the future even if the taste was good. For lunch, for over 20 years I have always had the lumberjack pizza and it is simply delicious!

Update, after a second visit again one evening at the beginning of the week 5:05 p.m. luckily this time there was more than one person serving at the table, the food was perfect and comparable to other Mikes in the chain. Courteous staff and fairly fast service. I have adjusted my review because in my opinion last time the problem was due to lack of staff. ----- Old review:
Arrived for dinner at 5:00 p.m. Only one waitress and she is too busy serving orders to bring and answer the phone for her online orders. So the telephones come before the customers on site... Bad staff management!

The submarine and very spicy too much peperoni I just cut a small piece and I really didn't like it I asked the waitress if I should pay for the plate she said yes I didn't touch anything except a very small one piece then I won't come back again bad service at least she should have asked me if something else would have done the job well I'm really disappointed
