Very good (and beautiful) bakery address in Quebec. By far the best (and this compliment comes from a French woman who loves good French bread!!). The manager is incredibly kind and knows her products well, it's a real pleasure. Obligatory break from the Gaspésie tour in this store!

La boulangerie Niemand est une véritable perle nichée dans la charmante ville de Kamouraska. L’atmosphère y est authentique, les propriétaires et employés sont adorables, et le pain est tout simplement délicieux. Je vous recommande vivement le pain aux deux sésames (dernière photo) ainsi que la pâtisserie à la crème pâtissière au chocolat et aux bleuets. J’ai hâte de revenir !

Very good bakery. The baguette is “French style”. Wholemeal bread is delicious. Seed bread - pure wonder! And what’s more, it can easily be kept for 2 days if it is not sliced. The old building has a lot of charm. We are welcomed into the family garden by the owner's cat. Often there is a queue in the morning, but it is worth the wait.

12hrs 15 nothing left 3 multigrain loaves you would benefit from producing more, more batches. should close earlier advise that it is closed that we move to have nothing very disappointing. I won't stop in the future

We made a detour to stop for some good bread and surprise even though it is listed open on the website the shop is closed. No one else was speechless like us! Very ordinary!
