I had ordered for pickup from this store. The guy who did my order was so rude and disrespectful. He behaved as if I’m there for free food. Set aside any greetings, made hand gestures instead of using proper language, threw the bag to the counter. I felt not eating the food at all and of course it felt bad in taste because of improper behavior. Treat customers with proper dignity. At the same time, there was another staff who was very pleasant and welcoming..this is my first experience in any restaurant. Clearly needs to improve some manners.

My first visit to this Amir after passing by for so many years. Here is my opinion.

Pros: A) We ordered Sharma sandwich 3 and a combo plate. And they were good. The sandwich is plentiful and also as the combo plate. B) The restaurant looks clean and is spacious. I am surprised that this restaurant had big enough space for many people. C) Customer service is good and they were friendly but the employees look bored and somewhat friendly and the two men were playful. D) Good location as well and they speak good English although they were talking in another language at times.
Cons: A) The television they were playing in was in their language and I did not understand the saying. Maybe put more English or French. Or just have no TV. B) Have more flags of 🇨🇦 🇺🇸. We need more patriotism of our own country not outside
Conclusion: It’s an okay Amir. I may come back here again in the near future. Their food was good and cooked fresh and they were friendly.

The food is good but the service is the worst, the attention of the guys is super rude, so you must have some knowledge about the food or the guys preparing your food will get angry

This location is my favourite because they offer the most selection, the freshest food, and excellent service. My original review was for a different location with poor quality. My APOLOGY.
Food was good, no problem for that. The service however was horrible. I didnt feel welcome, they were busy talking to eachothers and to the previous customer(which seemed like a friend of them) and they barely looked at me, didnt listen to my order and blamed me to be clearer when I told them thats not what I wanted, causing them to redo my wrap. I felt like I was disturbing their conversation.

I usually go to the Amir’s on boul. Pitfield (which is amazing every time) but I was in the West Island so I decided to go there since it was on my way. What a disaster! The food is terrible. Regretted every second of it. The second you walk into the restaurant, it feels like you’re bothering them. The food was horrible, the potatoes tasted rancid, nothing was fresh. I guess that’s why it was empty. I hope this review deters potential customers from wasting their money there.
We door dashed some food but unfortunately there was a mistake with the order. It makes sense though, with so many items there's bound to be a mistake, especially since restauranteurs are so overworked. What's amazed me though is that when we called them, they didn't even hesitate to send us the correction with one of their drivers and it arrived in no time. I don't exactly live very close either. Amazing service and delicious food. Thank you :)

I didn't like my meal, my husband didn't like his dish either, the chicken was too dry, my couscous was bathed in sauce, the semolina was not great knowing that he reheats it in the microwave. wave, in short disappointed I will not return to these restaurants
