The managerial customer service at a peak time was intolerable and insulting to us in the Hawkesbury location.
4 of us ate,2 of us ordered the French toast with caramelized apples and within 15 minutes of leaving were hit with explosive diarhea. The other 2 who had different egg dishes were fine. I have had the same order at several Ben & Florentines over the years and never had this experience elsewhere. I have always enjoyed my meals in the past, this would appear to be a problem with this particular kitchen
