Service was ok. Slow to be seated but food didn’t take long to arrive. My eggs Benedict felt like it’d been sitting out for a bit before it was served (the sauce had begun to cool) and crepe got cold quickly. Crepe was also rather thick for what I expected for a crepe. Sriracha eggs Benedict is decent but the sauce is one dimensional.

Of all the chain breakfast places, I tend to go to this one when there is one around as I find that the food tastes best. And the food was good, but sadly they got my order wrong. Not a huge deal and not worth having the food thrown out, but still unfortunate. I also find that their menu has gotten out of hand and many dishes are huge, I saw many people throwing food out. I am not sure why places do this, I guess everyone feels they are getting a good deal. We were also not asked if we needed the bill split, so I was overall not pleased with the service. Sadly there are only chains in the area, I will look around if I am ever in the area again.

There was a long wait up and wee tables but they were all dirty the tables when they can clean it up and there wouldn't be a huge line up as well it's only that one time but the TVs there was showing guts a pig I or some sort but the food was great!

The food was delicious, service was great. But the frickin glass exploded out of nowhere, killed my sister, still for waiting for ambulance. Btw you gotta try the pineapple smoothie 10/10

First time 6 months ago the saleswoman sends me away... second test it changes teams and it's great, 3rd time the saleswoman a lady of around 60 years old not pleasant who welcomes you without saying hello "go to the bench”… my husband joins me and my daughter at 2 p.m. and I hear him say to the customers behind “I don’t understand the customers who come in when we’re about to close”… it closes at 3 p.m.… not discreet. I'm going back today with my other daughter. I chose the coconut donut plate for him. The sausage was missing (photo) and the donuts were burnt (photo)!!! Not once did the waitress come by and ask if it was okay... I took a green duo on my plate... the granola was missing (photo) Two errors on two dishes... it's borderline really. But what to say when paying when the minimum tip displayed on the TPE is 18%!!!! It wasn't even worth 10% and I had to put 18%, it's not even legal, especially for an unpleasant waitress and cooks who only made mistakes... never again at this branch! $31 for a healthy plate and a children’s plate… ouch

After 40min of not being served we were just about to leave when Marie came to the rescue. She just arrived and served us immediately, no issues after that. I have been several times and the food is good. Being served by Marie makes all the difference, she is quick and pleasant.

Went there for breakfast after giving blood as I needed to eat. It was very long to get my order. A table of 3 guys came in after and ordered a little before me got their food and manage to eat their breakfast and literally leave before I got my ham and cheese crepe. I must have waited around 40 minutes from the time of ordering and getting my plate. And the place was not busy by any means. If the place would have been super busy I would have been more understanding but even there It does not justify the long wait. Manage to eat a couple of bites and had to ask for the bill and a take out container as I was already late for work. As for the food it was ok. Generic frozen potato, crepe warm not really hot but at this point it does not matter but the pulled ham was tasty. The waitress was nice but I do not think I will go back.

I made reservations for a group and upon arrival the restaurant was quite empty and nothing was set up table wise for our large group. Waited 25 mins for them to start setting up tables and then 45 mins later not one order had been taken yet. We asked if they would be taken our orders soon as we had a time crunch to get out but they seemed confused. Plenty of staff , restaurant quite empty and other groups were seated and served and eating well before we decided we couldn’t stay any ok her and left (1.5hrs after our initial arrival). Very disappointing.
We were a group of 25. We waited for 45 minutes, never received water and they never came to get our orders. Terrible service, no explanation. Will never be coming back here.

Horrible!! Made reservation, I placed the tables myself and had started taking orders myself.. waiter never showed up. 1 hour later we decided to leave because no orders were taken, no coffee was offered. 3 tables were sat and served before we were.. never coming back.. DONT COME
