Inconsistent. First time here, we loved everything about this place. We brought the kids for a second visit a few days later, and the experience was completely different. Although it was 40 minutes before closing, the employees told us that none of the ice cream would come with toppings (we were still charged full price), and to make matters worse the portion was only half the size of the picture and sloppily prepared. With 3 employees who were more interested in closing and dancing in the store, management would be well advised to find a way to ensure quality and customer service at the end of the shift.

I ordered an ice cream in a waffle cone, but it was served very messily with way too much syrup just dumped on top. When I asked the staff to clean it up or at least adjust the charge, they refused and still charged me full price. Very disappointing service ,no attention to detail and zero customer care.

Great chocolate flavors on ice-cream. I just miss the orange chocolate flavor, they don't have it anymore. It was so good.

The most amazing staff and the most delicious chocolate I’ve ever had!! The caramel fleur de sel is to die for! Definitely in my top 3 ice cream shops to go to and it’s open all year!!! Wonderful experience overall.

Wanted to try everything here! The sweets here are delicious, and service is bilingual and friendly.

We all had soft ice cream dipped in different toppings:
- dark chocolate and brownie
- cotton candy
- salted caramel
All were sooooo damned good!

Our lattes were alright, but not amazing (it's an ice cream/dessert shop, so that's what I'm evaluating them for, after all).

Enjoyed our visit, will be back.

Kid-friendliness: Good for kids. Spacious, lots of menu options of stuff that kids like.

3 coated cones 3 jars for less than $35. It tastes good ? several coatings offered to taste on site surrounded by chocolates of different tastes and shapes ? I recommend 100%

The short heavyset girl with piercings who served us was stingy with our portions of chocolat sauce on our ice cream desserts.

We've been to this location many times in the past year and they're usually much more generous and ask if you want a tiny bit more sauce after they initially prepare the dessert.

When we kindly asked this clerk for another small drizzle of chocolate on our desserts because they looked so barren she blatantly refused. We will not be returning in the future. Bad experience and bad customer service - that's no way to treat repeat customers. ?

Also, aren't you not even allowed to wear face piercings when serving food for risk it may fall into the ice cream. I'm almost certain that's against Quebec food handling laws. Gross! ?

experience at favorite kirkland chocolate today! I've never heard something more ridiculous to get the children's cone on special for $1.99! the girl asked me to pick up my child from the house or the car! to be sure it's really for a child ?? the most absurd thing I've ever heard otherwise you have to pay the regular price! she told me that it's her manager who requires this policy ☹️ so if it's a child with special needs or a sick one and you wanted to spoil him a little in this hot weather, you have to drag him with you to the car ?

Great selection of dipped ice cream and chocolates. Great for kids!
