I thought I was the only one who experienced a bad time but seeing these reviews, clearly there’s an issue. I remember going there since I was a kid. Used to be a vibrant joint all through childhood until I visited again for the first time in years. Although the young girl working there was enthusiastic and sharp, the rest of the atmosphere is as cold as the service from the manager. I asked him about the new side of potatoes they offer and coldly responded “they’re potatoes”. Little girl had to awkwardly intervene and tell me they’re like tater tots. I truly feel bad for that employee. Seems like the franchise owner was dining in but was on the phone arguing out loud both on the phone and with the manager. Comes off as a real big shot compensating for some sort of underlying insecurities. Both men were arguing about things not being up to required standard and that with a customer inside the restaurant.Bread tasted frozen, no where near as fresh as it used to be. As for the cold cuts and dressings, can’t really mess those up, fortunately for them.Piece of advice, instead of copy pasting a reply to your customers experiencing a such a miserable experience, maybe address the issues once and for all considering the amount of horrible you guys are receiving.

The sandwiches are always excellent but the service and employees leave something to be desired depending on the time or day you go. It's best in the evening after 6pm. They could take some serious lessons from the Dagwoods on St-Jean Boulevard.

The salad had a vibrant yellow hue!Subsequently, upon receiving a coupon in the mailbox, I opted to give them a second chance.Upon our arrival, the sign indicated that they were open. However, just as we were about to enter, the manager abruptly locked the door in our faces, stating, "We're out of bread."Does this seem like a business worth seriously considering?

Since the change of ownership a few years back this location has gone downhill. The quality as well as the quantity has deteriorated to the point I take my dagwoods business to the other locations despite this one being by far the closest to my house. It's a shame as I believe the opportunity to improve is there, just lacking effort.

Great experience overall. The staff was super friendly, helpful with suggestions and generous with toppings. The bread and ingredients were fresh. The place was clean and well managed. Despite not showing up at peak hour, there was constant traffic.

Been eating Dagwood sandwiches since it first opened Pierrefonds (early 90s). I’ve tried them all, most locations. The one in Kirkland has hardly any meat, wth. Mostly lettuce and bread and sauce! It’s been getting worse over the past few years.

I got a sandwich today and the lettuce looked white, I asked if it was lettuce or cabbage and they confirmed lettuce. When I opened my sandwich and saw close up it was in fact raw shredded cabbage.
