I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was truly disappointing. The food was not good at all, and the kabab koobideh was particularly awful , lacking flavor cant even taste meat in it, and nothing close to what proper Persian cuisine should taste like I believe it was full of fat instead of meat. Considering the premium prices they charge, the quality was shockingly low and easily the worst I’ve ever seen for a kabab restaurant. If you care about good food and authentic Persian flavor, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are far better options elsewhere.

This is a continuation of the review from Nicolas, I am the brother in law in question. We have ordered from here many times and each time the food has always been heavenly. Today was an especially sentimental day as Nicolas asked me to be his groomsmen here. We celebrated with eating some delicious koobide, barg and jooje kebab that was out of this world! At first glance, it's a simple spot. Nothing fancy, no chandeliers or gold-plated menus. Just chill music, humble décor, and an atmosphere that whispers, “Hey, relax and eat.” So we did.
And let me tell you — the food slapped. The chicken brochette? Juicy, flavorful, grilled like it owed me money. The potatoes? Crispy little golden bites of happiness. The salad? Fresh enough to make me feel healthy. And the garlic bread? Oh man, I was starving and that thing disappeared faster than my motivation on Monday mornings.
All that for just $25? I left full, happy, and kind of proud of myself for stumbling into such a gem. 10/10 would accidentally come here again.

My husband and I love koobideh and have tried almost every Persian restaurant in Montreal.sadly, none of them have matched the quality we’re used to in Iran. We drove all the way to the West Island because of the good reviews, but were once again disappointed. The koobideh was dry and tough. Honestly, many Afghan and Arabic restaurants in the city do a much better job.
