I'm not usually that guy, but they made me park and wait for 5 minutes for 2 burgers and an onion ring. I ordered buffalo chicken and they did not add my tomatoes jalapenos or anything I asked for really. There is no sauce on the chicken dawg. This happens all the time at your drive through. I've been going for years and this time I'm like man. I just had a long day at work and I just want this burger. I really don't mind waiting but if it takes longer can't I at least get what I ordered?

Staff was very un organized. Stella was very nasty, rude and unpleasant cause she gave us the wrong burger and we corrected our order, all we said was were missing one bacon and she was very upset like a grown child.

A couple weeks ago, I went to this establishment for my beloved fav fast food hamburger. I’m a huge fan of Harvey’s.
For the first time, I saw them take the meat, precooked from a tray and slapped it on a bun. This was during lunch time.
I garnished my burger and went back to the car. All to return and ask why the meat was so dry, it was horrible. The nice older lady agreed and made me a second one, which again was the same I ate less than half and threw it out.
Wake up! You’re not McDonald’s and you’ll lose people like me as a customer. I’m never going back to this location!

Cashian was an absolute pleasure to be around, helped carry the trays around the counter in a busy Thursday night to make sure everybody got their food efficiently. Was overall courteous and very helpful with a rejuvenating energy. Definitely will return for the burgers and most definitely will stay for the Cashian
