Why is the music so loud. I've never been to a restaurant with such loud music
Its really good but way over’riced you pay 30$ for a small box of ice cream
This Dolce vita is was pretty good before this year. I tried their Mint Chocolate chip and there was not enough chocolate chip. Still Ice Cream was good and it was okay. I miss the old Dolce Vita. Now it’s pretty much gone and they even had a music station playing songs now not anymore.
Also the prices have gone up and it’s a little bit pricey.
Still it’s alright and I may pass by again if they bring back again the nostalgia. For now I will leave it be.
God Bless Ladies and Gentlemen.

Simply delicious, and the variety.... oh my
quality and flavours are good
But extremely overpriced !
Lots of flavors to choose from can taste before ordering a new flavor
This place has high prices, with low quality.
We order chocolate hazelnut and I think I eat frozen chocolate.
Very delicious!
Everyday fresh !
My visit to La Dolce Vita was a mixed experience. The ambiance is inviting, and the staff was courteous and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere. We sampled seven different gelato flavors, eager to enjoy an authentic treat. However, the gelato fell short of expectations. Compared to traditional Italian gelato or high-quality homemade ice cream, the flavors were subtle and lacked depth. The pistachio tasted artificial, and the French vanilla reminded us of powdered cream mix, which was disappointing. That said, if you're looking for a sweet, cold dessert without expecting classic Italian gelato, it might still satisfy. The primary reason for my one-star rating, however, is the tipping prompt on the cashier machine. In a counter-service establishment where customers order and receive their product directly, tipping feels unwarranted. There’s no table service, follow-up, or additional assistance to justify it. This practice suggests the management may not be compensating staff adequately, relying instead on customers to supplement wages, which feels unfair and out of place.I encourage the owners to reconsider this tipping prompt and ensure fair employee compensation. With improved gelato quality and a revised payment process, La Dolce Vita could better align with its promising ambiance.

Ice cream, we all scream for this ice cream! Hands down the best ice cream shop you will find in the West island!!
There is such an array of flavors, and one is better than the other. I'm crazy about the hazelnut and their hazelnut as well as their chocolate hazelnut are the die for! Not to mention their pistachio and mango ice cream! Oh my, yummy yummy! if you haven't tried this one yet, it's a must!! Absolutely delicious!!

I paid $19 with tax for 2 medium ice creams and had to endure the view of an ugly parking lot and a busy boulevard. I highly doubt those two young girls serving the ice cream are making $20 an hour or a livable wage. How can you justify charging almost $10 for a medium 3-scoop ice cream?
In Italy, I paid 6€-9€ for 2 gelati and enjoyed the view of a UNESCO heritage site or a sunset over the Mediterranean. Sometimes, prices just don't make sense.
I think I'll save my money for my next trip to Europe.
