It was good. The waiting time for the food to be ready was a little long. The chicken was tasty, but the fries portion is getting smaller and smaller. The atmosphere was great but the place wasn't very clean.

I am an Uber driver, I accepted two orders from my application and after 4 minutes I came to the restaurant and asked them for these two orders, they told me before me another driver took that two orders, imagine they prepared two orders in. 4 minutes and one driver took all orders without verification, how is it possible?
At night shift Indian woman told me sorry we gave that 2 orders to another driver without verification, but I am sure they even didn't prepare that orders

Haven’t had PFK in years so I decided to try it. What a let down! The redeeming quality is that it is indeed big pieces of chicken BUT covered in soooooo much batter and cooked until Sahara desert dry. I remember having yummy, crispy, flavourful and juicy chicken but this was far from that. Too bad. Certainly won’t be going again.

Placed a pick order through Uber Eats.. showed up to the restaurant, Uber Eats App said order was ready.. lady working behind the counter was lost and confused, refused to speak English.. could not find the order, back and forth for 10-15 mins, finally they realized they made an “error” and confused things, clearly.. this place should hire people with a high school diploma minimum.

Just moved here, today the children want to eat fried chicken, came to this PFK, the result is too immoral, they use expired food to the guests, the chicken is hard to bite, too much, such a restaurant should not exist, holding the stone like chicken nuggets to find them, the service is very bad.

Never again at this location!!! I have had other issues in the past such as them cutting the popcorn chicken bag shorter in order to give less. Or charging you for switching the sauce in a sandwich that the app doesn’t charge. But this time I had to post about it. I Got the spicy big crunch combo with individual mac n cheese. The big crunch was the smallest I have ever seen in all the years I am buying these sandwiches. You can’t even see there is chicken in the sandwich unless you separate the bun. The mac n cheese was not cooked enough and had a gummy texture. Also for a take out order at least put a napkin in the bag.
I am never buying from this location again.

the staff work in front doesn’t speak English at all. But the staff who work in the back clearly speak both English and French. When communication not going well, no one help translate or do anything.
Service is very rude, i ordered big box of 16 pieces chicken and 2 burger combo, i should choose the side by myself, no one ask me anything and decide the side for me, give me the two side that I don’t want, i ask can i change, they told me no.
And I ask I order a big amount like this, I can’t eat without any sauces,the front girl told me no sauces, even ketchup, I don’t think she doesn’t understand what is ketchup in English.

Never come back to this place again, why spend money to see a black lady give you unreasonable white eyes and attitude?

I am sorry to say, Don't spoil your mood, energy & money at this FFC/ PFK outlet. Staff here is very rude.

Firstly, of all there priority is there personal gossiping instead of handling customer waiting at counter.

Secondly, we were served in used dirty trays, After asking why you are serving in dirty trays she switched the tray with washed one. This poor level of hinge not acceptable. Picture of the tray is attached I was initially served in.

Than I asked for Hot Sauce, she said its paid don't come free. So I say ok I will pay for it. Than she realized its free.

And the Attitude of this sales girl was terrible. She said do what every you can. That made me write this review for her.

I will prefer not to come back to this outlet. Just next to this is Harvey's They are way better in every aspect.

Sorry put cheap untrained people in front of customer damages your Brand a lot.

Pre-ordered online. Confirmation said it would be ready at 7:54 pm. The person at the counter kept telling me, "5 more minutes." It took them over 20 minutes extra to have the order ready. They apparently had no chicken tenders ready at the time, so they needed to make more. I was at the restaurant for over 30 minutes waiting for my order. This location needs to up their game. The person at the counter was polite and kept apologizing for the delay, so at least there is that

So I ordered their new mac and cheese chicken sandwich big box come with mac and cheese, fries, drink and pop corn chicken as sides and the sandwich as the main. I saw them prepping my order and saw them pull out the popcorn chicken container and only had a couple Pieces in it and when I got my order I said hey why am I only getting 6 pieces they said they only give 6 pieces for a small popcorn now and the image of the popcorn chicken was spilling over. Also fries were cold and the mac and cheese side was half full. Am not happy.
