My.food was nice and hot they gave me my food in a bucket which fits less. They even put a cup of the popcorn chicken inside the bucket so it takes more space. My order was.the 4 can dine.(8 pieces of tenders with popcorn chicken and large fries. I will forward this review to corporate.

Great food but terrible terrible service, paid 60 bucks for some good chicken and someone only gave us 3 ketchup packs, and when i came back for more dince we came with my family the person there made a sanky coment along the lines of its never enough ketchup to her coworker, wich was very unprofessional, as well as the music was something totaly inadequate for a families, what a away to lose costumes

I was a big fan until recently, the cut the spices by at least half. Doesn't taste anything anymore. The colonel secret spices are no longer enjoyable, they're absent. Tried it twice over a month to confirm. Very disappointing, I'd rather pay a dollar more and get that taste back.

Ordered famous chicken sandwich online for pick up. The chicken patty was as hard as a rock. Returned it and requested a refund and the worker made no attempt to go above and beyond for that experience. All they offered was to remake it and make me wait 10 minutes for the fresh patty. This is why KFC is dying. Pay your employees more and pay them a wage that would make them care.

I’ve eaten at quite a few KFC locations over the years, but this one truly stands out. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they take pride in their restaurant. The food here tastes noticeably fresher than at other locations — the chicken is always perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, never greasy or soggy. The buns are fresh and never limp, and everything is prepared with care.
What really impressed me is the service. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. They’re polite, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. The restaurant itself is spotless — no messy trays, no overflowing garbage bins, and everything is well-maintained.
Despite KFC’s mixed reputation worldwide, this location is a true gem. They set the bar high for what fast food service and quality should be. Highly recommend!
