It is thé worst store all over the restaurants I ever visited . I did a mobile order before I go to the store and while I was waiting with my kids , the lady kept staring at me and my kids in a very unwelcoming way then when my order was ready I went to pay and get it . The lady told me you cannot eat in the restaurant as it is a mobile order . I said what I can buy extra and eat in the restaurant . She went and asked a young man seems to be a manager . He replied no , that is the policy of the store , mobile orders cannot eat at the store even if I get something extra . He even did not come to explain the situation to me . He ignored me totally . Then immediately I left and took with my kids and ate in the car very dissatisfied and disappointed.

It’s been a while since I’ve had such amazing service !! Arya called me directly after I ordered on line to make sure what I had ordered was right , then called me again to let me know the details of the order and when it would get here .Wow !!! That doesn’t happen anymore !Well done Arya ?

Do NOT deal with this store! It is as simple as that. They don’t have business integrity. I ordered 2 pizzas through DoorDash. The dasher did not show up to pick the order and DoorDash somehow marked order as complete. I called the store and the manager confirmed that my 2 pizzas are ready and he indeed sees that the order marked as picked up while the 2 pizzas are still in the store. I asked to cancel my order or i can come to pick it up and he refused! He was not polite. I am handling the case with DoorDash of course, yet this store does not have any business ethics to support….they accepted the money for an order they admitted was never delivered. It is not about 2 pizzas, it is about courtesy, honesty and customer service.
