This location is VERY cheap with its portions. I’ve been to 4/5 other poke monster locations on the island and they always give great portions. this is the worst one. Theres barely any meat at all. Unfortunately there’s other bad reviews saying the same. Maybe send your employees and manager to another poke monster for training and see what the portions should look like since this seems to be the only one cheaping out. The parking is shit but if you want better poke monster, go to Fairview.
Not good service at all
Got a drink from here. And it was disappointing. Asked for no ice and extra tapioca and flopped not only by adding ice but also adding little to nothing of tapioca. On top of that the tapioca was hard and didnt taste good at all. Couldn't finish my drink had to throw it out. Probably won't order a drink form here again.
The manager is rude and has no class

This used to be my favourite place with prompt service, large portions and fresh ingredients. In the past few months I’ve been sad to see they’ve been cutting down portions, raising prices and swapping out ingredients to be cheaper which has been disappointed. So now it’s just fine. Appreciate it being open late.

Had a Bad experience here. It was late at night and I ordered a Monster Bowl, bubble tea with Lychee boba and Karaage chicken. They messed up my drink order, and once I got to the Hotel I realized that the Monster bowl, for which I specified that I could not eat shrimp, was also messed up. I called and they said to come in the next morning but because I was very hungry and it was around 1am, I drove all the way back (20 min) and refunded the meal completely. And this is where the big issue comes, the cashier showed that he barely even cared. He did not compensate me anything and he tried to refund me without returning me the 14.98% tax that came with the food. He gave me the tax money with the 30$ the bowl costs, but later I realized that he left me short of some money and did not completely refund me. I had a very bad experience and unfortunately I cannot leave a good review for this place based on my stressful and disappointing experience.

I just ate there for the first time. I had the general poke bowl. I liked everything. I felt like it was made well. I'll probably would have wanted a little more sauce, but other than that everything was really good and balanced. I felt like a lot of care went into making it which was good.

First visit with no expectations. My niece loves poke bowls with raw fish, but I opted for fried chicken and shrimp. The spicy sauce was mild, and the food was excellent! Order at the counter, with options for takeout or dining in. Highly recommend the tempura shrimp.
