I called this morning and asked for a *Galette des Rois* to be set aside for us for 4:30 PM. They assured me there would be plenty available and that a reservation wasn’t necessary. When we arrived at 4:20 PM, the worker told us she had set one aside anyway because they were selling quickly.

Forced to wait 1/2 hour as a girl at that time just to order a coffee when there is no one at the cash register. General organization deficient for several years.

Great pastries and amazing bread! The almond croissant is a party in your mouth. Can’t say no to the maple pecan twist or apple danish either!

Don't go eating it. They're really messy. I arrive in the café, there are several flies in the pastries counter. I alerted the cashier and his response was “sorry”. At the price it costs, no one deserves to share their dessert with flies. 🪰

Very poor customer service
It’s nice that we have one in Kirkland , but after having lunch there i felt grossed out afterwards. Tables are sticky the coffee mug was dirty and you can see that the mug had coffee stains that weren’t scrubbed off on the inside. Doesn’t feel clean in there. I think it’s the last time I order lunch there.

Great food - especially their breads, but they also do coffee, sandwiches and cakes. There are a few small tables to sit and eat if you want.

“The service was okay, but the food was disappointing. The chocolatine had barely any chocolate, making it taste too commercial, and the amandine was overly sweet. The cups we were served were dirty, with sticky handles. Additionally, some employees’ clothes were not clean, and the place itself felt untidy. Overall, it was a poor experience, and I won’t be coming back.”
