I ate one of the muffins and it tasted terrible. I opened another one and found mold inside. A few of them were clearly spoiled — very disappointing. I won’t be buying from here again, and I’d recommend others not to either.

Just had a coffe at Kirkland store , 1/3 down coffe cup was filthy (unwashed) assiistant manager was rude ,,,,,, what a disgrace !!!!!
Have picture if management is concerned
Great cheesecake, nice people, nice place to sit outside, wish I had had enough money to buy everything I wanted in there, but that's probably what everyone thinks
I had went Friday when the team was short of staff, although there was feeble minded individuals who were impatient. The two workers were able to do the best they could. Excellent work ethic & composure! Keep it up 👍

Horrendous customer service on a Saturday morning. Can’t even get a simple greeting from the lady serving you for bread with a clear annoyance in her attitude. Upon check out, I’m not offered to scan my metro card. I ask to scan it, politely, and I’m met with an obvious eye roll. She cancels the transaction and asks for my card with her same attitude. I execute myself and ask her “is there something wrong” I get a look and no answer. Seems like basic human interactions are optional. I ask again, no answer “just pay please”. I do and I’m met with another eye roll and she leaves. I ask to speak to the manager, who, I’m told is absent on weekends. She comes back to say to me “I don’t need to talk to you about my personal life and you are holding the line”. First off, no one asked you about your personal life I asked for basic human respect and polite customer interaction. Secondly, If you are having an off day or dislike your job, just quit. On my end, there is enough bakeries in town to go elsewhere.
Première Moisson in Kirkland is one of my favorite stops for fresh bread and pastries. Everything tastes homemade and high quality. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the place has a cozy vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer

I bought the bag of 6 croissants for $12.95 yesterday and this morning I discovered that there is only 5 croissants in the bag. Maybe next time you should hire people who can actually count to 6.

All of the viennoiseries that I ordered were very fresh, soft and full of flavor. I tried the almond croissant and loved that it had a generous filling inside, along with what I believe was a layer of chocolate. The chocolatine was just as good, you can really taste the chocolate in it. Next, I tried the round croissant, which I think had jam. It’s definitely unique, but I found it to be very sweet, especially with the icing on top.
I also picked up some loaves of bread, which were super fresh, moist, and delicious.

Absolute Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff completely ignored me. I tried to order a simple iced coffee and after waiting 15 minutes I was told there was no ice. I’ve been to this location multiple times and every time I am completely ignored by the staff and never offered any help.

I have just had the Charlotte cake with strawberries and it was Amazing! The flavor was delicious and the creamy center melted in your mouth. You can be sure that I will order it again. I might be nice and share it with friends so they can have the pleasure also.

The pastries are great. The drinks are terrible. My first visit, I ordered a cappuccino. It tasted like water. I’m assuming because they make their coffee using something resembling a tea bag. I tried hot chocolate the next time. It was tepid and tasted like soup. Not all Première Moisson’s are created equally!
Absolutely love this place, fresh pastries all the time, nice staff and amazing cakes. They also have pies, soups and other food products to check out
Fast lunch and pick up breads and pastries yum yum 😋
