I’m honestly really frustrated. I always order my drinks without ice, and yet so many times my mobile order is made with ice anyway. This isn’t a one-time thing, it happens often.

I usually check my drink when I pick it up and ask for it to be remade, and the staff do fix it. However, there are times when I’m in a rush and forget to check, and I only realize later. It’s disappointing, especially since there’s no way to message the store directly about an issue with a mobile order.

Unfortunately, this is the only Starbucks near my area that’s open early, so I don’t really have another option. It’s frustrating when such a simple instruction isn’t consistently followed. If “no ice” can’t be respected, it honestly makes me wonder if the rest of the order, like syrup amounts, is being made correctly as well.

Shout out to the staff here, extremely friendly, always go out of their way to help you, suggest new items. Coffee is great and food delicious. This is the only store I go to, even if it's a little out of my way. Very clean too, overall great ambiance.

Great store! I come in a few times a week to get my vanilla iced latte and they’re always quick and super cheerful. Definitely looking forward to my next coffee!

I went in last week to ask for a
Touch of cinnamon to top up a very disappointing latte made at another Starbucks . They were so friendly . Made me a new latte the right way ! No charge . This is not the first time I had a coffee at that starbucks . They are quick , kind and know their specialty coffees !!!!!

Disappointing experience. It took 15 minutes just to get two lattes, and the staff were quite rude when we tried to order. We were told, rather impolitely, that we had to wait because of mobile orders. That’s not acceptable customer service!

I went to get a coffee and relax for 10 minutes during a busy day, my coffee took so long to make I had to leave as soon as it was ready, and it wasn't busy either, not great.

Slowest service I have EVER experienced. Management failed to properly staff, the bathroom was dirty, the tables are too crowded together. This is hands down the worst location period.

id trust the staff with my life. many times theyve gone into the breach for my sake (working st 5 am) so they are my battle brothers

Staff are so friendly here (and yes, they speak English). I like doing mobile orders before I arrive and this store always has it ready once I've arrived! Never too busy either, usually just people working or low chit chat.

Orders placed on app for in-store pickup are unfortunately never ready at this location. There is regularly a long waiting time, especially if there is food involved.
