Dirty and mediocre place that matches the sandwich, a place to avoid, I would have liked to express my dissatisfaction to the employee with regard to my sandwich, but it did not understand a single word in French 👳🏿‍ ♂️

I walked in to find a complete lack of ingredients and bread, and whatever was available was rotting, wilting, and completely unfit for consumption. The server, who looked visibly unwell, admitted to having a FEVER. When I expressed my discomfort with him serving food in that condition, he dismissed it as a “night fever,” as if that somehow made it acceptable. This level of disregard for basic hygiene and customer safety is beyond disgusting.

It’s clear franchises owned by these unhygienic people are poorly managed, and seem to have no regard for food quality, HYGIENE, or customer service. They should focus on not hiring their newly arrived relatives with no work experience or language. This place is a complete health hazard. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this establishment at all costs.

The guy was training somebody at the caisse while making my sandwich! touch the money and then continued making my sandwich with the gloves on!! First and main rule is not to do that and you failed. It's 3:30 pm thursday.November 28.check your man.

Located beside a police station. I used to go to this Subway all the time. It was close, good food. Than it went to new owners that cut so many corners, use old bread and don't make all the sandwiches everyday. I can only imagine what other corners they cut to make money... like keeping meet beyond it's best before date. I went here November 20th and not only did I not get the sub I wanted but when I got home I found the bread moldy and disgusting. Don't go here. I went to the Subway near the Coliseum, it was much better.

It was 21 oct, monday I went to this store. I'm tourist I ate at different places, the atmosphere was good though toilets should be bit cleaner, but it's fine as I only needed to wash my hands.

The sandwich I had was no. 13 supremo something, the taste was weird, when I went to the employee working there and told her about this issue she said it's just like this and ignored me. Moreover, her english communication was really bad. Later on when I opened sandwich I found that there something wrong with one of the meat layer and it became Yellowiest, I shown her that and she said sorry, when I asked for moneyback or another sandwich she Said she can't, her manager is not picking up phone.
What disgusting experience I had,

Pls, stay away.
And to her if she is reading, try to solve problems and I request to learn English atleast if not french.

Place is cleaned and the food is fresh all the veggies and the staff is very friendly. I was very confused with the choices to make my sandwich and the staff helped me to make my perfect and delicious sandwich 🤤🤤 .. loved the experience. Must recommend.. ♥️♥️

The worst subway ever. Untrained staff and the bread was stale despite me asking if it was fresh and they said yes. I can see they cut corners where they can. Not returning ever.

wroat rap ever eaten and more over wrost staff they dont even know how to talk or even they dont know how to make things proper

3rd time we have made an order through the app and the order was wrong. I contacted the owner the first 2 times and was basically ignored saying they will talk to the employees. The last time it happened I went back and the employee wasn't very apologetic and almost reluctantly made a correct sandwich, will not be ordering from here anymore.

Online order was made incorrectly. Receipt was a clear print out of what was wanted on the sandwiches and on both sandwiches requested toppings were ignored and others were added when they weren’t wanted. This happened to us on 4 different occasions over a year and a half. Won’t be going back.

Terrible! I ordered from Uber and not only they didnt put the extra cheese i got charged for, but they also gave the wrong and no sauce on the sandwich. Improve your service! Avoid this store when ordering from online ?
